This by far was the best and fastest new car experience I have ever been a part of. I am a medical school student and my time is very limited as is. My father was purchasing me a new car and we were thinking either Toyotas or Jeeps (as I had previously owned a Jeep). We showed up at the dealership a little later and I thought that the trip would be wasted since my Father likes to take his time with cars. I have been along for him buying 5 brand new cars and the process usually took several days with each day being several hours......That was until we came to Oxmoor Toyota and worked with Dominick.
He was incredibly professional and was instantly credible after just a few moments of talking with him. Less than 2 hours later we bought a brand new Toyota Highlander. The car, service, and working with Dominick were all a great experience and I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have been apart of (we have purchased 4 cars from Toyota) and this was in no small way because of the comfort, honesty, and professionalism of Dominick. I have been raving about Toyota since I got the car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Toyota sells great cars, and will always have great service...But employees like Dominick Barksdale make the experience painless and enjoyable. I dont know what magic Dominick has but you should hold on to this gentleman for as long as possible..
