This experience happened on the Friday before Mothers Day and my wife had asked for a new pair of sneakers as her gift. I told her we would ride to Portland and go to the mall but first wanted to stop at Prime Toyota and see what they had for a selection of trucks. Immediately we were pleased with the selection and Nick greeted us from across the parking lot like we were long lost friends. We had our 2 yr old with us so it had the potential to be a very tough process to talk/decide on a truck. Nick took us to the back lot to make sure we made the perfect selection. We headed inside and Nick promptly thought of the 2 yr olds needs before anything. He pointed out the touch tank, the kids room and the Cafe of which he advised to get what we wanted and it was "on him". For him not having kids , this was impressive from the start. The price of the truck was much more appealing and the options the same of the higher prices at the other dealerships. Once we had agreed on a purchase, at 0% I might add, we had to have some "extras" put on the truck in the body shop. They rushed the truck in and the work was done moments after all the paperwork signed. Although this was a two day process it was well worth the hour drive, twice! My wife loves her Mother Day gift, 2013 Tundra Dbl cab! Nick deserve a huge pat on the back for dealing with us and meeting all our needs. Four thumbs up!
